Summer Camps

GET FASTER, MORE CONFIDENT, AND MORE COMPETITIVE

This summer, give your child the advantage most athletes never get.

At OP1 Speed, we don’t just run drills—we teach athletes how to move better, run faster, and perform with confidence, using proven methods and real performance data.

Most parents just want their athlete to feel confident, keep up, and have a real opportunity to succeed in their sport.

That’s what this program is built for.

Your athlete will:

- Improve first-step quickness and top-end speed

- Learn proper running mechanics most athletes never get coached on

- Build confidence through measurable progress

- Become a more complete athlete

You don’t need to choose a program—we’ll help you place your athlete in the right option.

Spots are limited to ensure every athlete gets real coaching and attention.

GIVE YOUR ATHLETE AN EDGE THIS SUMMER

Most athletes stay the same over the summer.

The ones who improve train with purpose.

Speed is one of the most important qualities in sports—and one of the least properly coached.

At OP1 Speed, we focus on helping athletes develop:

- Faster starts

- Better movement mechanics

- More efficient, powerful running

This isn’t random training. It’s a structured system designed to help your athlete improve in ways that show up in competition.

HOW WE DEVELOP SPEED THE RIGHT WAY

Speed isn’t just one skill.

There are two key components:

ACCELERATION (STARTING SPEED)

This is how quickly your athlete can go from standing still to game speed.

It shows up in:

- First step quickness

- How quickly they reach full speed

- Short bursts and changes of direction

We teach athletes how to:

- Apply force correctly

- Use proper body angles

- Explode out of positions with power

MAX VELOCITY (TOP-END SPEED)

This is how fast your athlete can run once they’re moving.

It shows up in:

- Breakaway speed

- Open field performance

- Running down or away from opponents

We teach athletes how to:

- Run efficiently at top speed

- Improve stride and rhythm

- Move faster with less wasted effort

WHY TRAINING BOTH MATTERS

Most athletes only ever train one piece—or neither correctly.

When your athlete trains both acceleration and max velocity:

- They become faster in every phase of play

- They develop a more complete athletic ability

- Their improvements carry over directly into their sport

Athletes who train both consistently see the biggest gains.

BUILT FOR ALL ATHLETES

Speed matters in every sport.

Athletes in football, baseball, soccer, track, and basketball will absolutely benefit from this program. Those sports depend on acceleration, change of direction, and open-field speed.

But this isn’t just for field athletes.

Athletes in sports like:

- Volleyball

- Cheerleading

- Gymnastics

- Swimming

- Boxing and combat sports

- Powerlifting

often don’t get enough high-quality, ground-based speed training.

That creates a gap.

When those athletes learn how to:

- Apply force into the ground

- Move efficiently and explosively

- Develop real sprint mechanics

they often see rapid improvements in performance, coordination, and overall athletic ability that translate directly into better performance in their sport.

Whether your athlete is trying to make a team, earn more playing time, or simply feel more confident, this training will help.

OUR APPROACH: DO THE RIGHT WORK

We don’t add fluff.

We don’t run athletes into the ground just to make it feel hard.

We focus on what actually develops speed and performance.

That means:

- The right drills

- The right volume

- The right rest

- The right coaching

Every session is built around quality over quantity.

Because speed is a skill.

And like any skill, it improves fastest when it’s trained with intent, precision, and the right dosage.

WHAT MAKES OP1 SPEED DIFFERENT

We’re not sport-specific coaches—we specialize in speed and performance.

We break movement down into its most important phases. We study it, analyze it, and coach athletes to master the fundamentals so they can perform naturally and consistently in their sport.

At OP1 Speed, your athlete trains with:

- Clear coaching and instruction

- Structured, progressive sessions

- Performance tracking to measure improvement

We don’t guess.

We coach with purpose so your athlete knows what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, how well they’re doing it, and how to improve.

WHAT YOUR ATHLETE WILL GAIN

- Increased strength and coordination

- Better speed and quickness

- Improved running mechanics

- More confidence in movement and competition

- A clear understanding of how to move and perform better

This is about helping your athlete develop skills that give them an advantage—not just keeping them busy.
